Preliminary reactor design for gold nanoparticle production by the Turkevich method on an industrial scale

چکیده

This study aims to design and analyze the of a batch-type reactor optimize production gold nanoparticles on an industrial scale. The method used in this is computational analysis calculations, including stirring mass balance as initial calculations using Microsoft Excel application manually. calculation results show that designed specifications have volume 21.7335 ft3, cylinder height 13.4612 in, solution 8.9046 vessel diameter 73.2984 pressure 9.9978 psig, impeller length 9.1840 shaft 10.5418 with power 62.5228 Hp. Reactor important stage processes scale, where specification from can be not only adjust product but also reference for costs. performed applied performance learning media, operating mechanisms process.
